This is not possible. This guy must have received the info from aliens...That is not possible!!!
I believe he had a dream with all the technology illustrated in images and then he tries to explain it in some way...
Just when you read his essay look how he explains it. Look at the vocabulary he uses...
He must have received some enlightment from outer space...or dreams I do not know....Even Einstein was not that genious...Come on...
What do you think guys?
Are such predictions possible...How he came up with all these insights...computers were not even available at that time...

Leaving aliens out of the whole thing... in a way all of his thoughts are based on the logical continuation of the incremental changes taking place in the field of technology that Bush observed.
None of his ideas is just something he comes up with 'out of the blue'. His version of the computer, the memex, for example fulfills the very clear purpose of organizing the increasing amount of information available. The logic of the thought behind the memex is varified by the fact that someone actually did come up with a 'device in which an individual stores all his books, records and communications', without necessarily having heard of Bush functioning as the mouthpiece of outer space intelligence...
This is like with Einstein.
I believe (first of all that we are created by a great intellectual civilization) they once in a while "MIX" the DNA and a person with paranormal capacities exceeding the normal people's capacities is "released" on Earth to push the mankind ahead in the development of everything with his/her ideas, inventions, and so on.....Bush is kind of a lucky guy. Impossible to come up with all this when computers were not still existing, and all other stuff, like voice recorders, fax, and so on....
